We understand that plans can change, if you need to cancel your order you can offer one of the following refund options:
5 or more days notice: 100% refund on all partially or fully paid orders
3-4 days notice: 50% refund or 100% in-store credit
2 days notice: 50% refund
1 day or less: no refund available
3 or more days notice: 100% refund on all partially or fully paid orders
2 days notice: 50% refund or 100% in-store credit
1 day or less: 100% in-store credit

Some custom designs require our team to begin decorations ahead of time. If your design requires fondant pieces or other elaborate designs. We can offer a 100% refund on the decorating time if our team has not started working on tour custom order. These will be handled on a case by case basis.
